About the Wharton Customer Analytics Conference

For more than a decade, Wharton Customer Analytics (WCA) has helped shape the application of customer analytics through tailored research opportunities and engagements with academics, students, and industry professionals. Every Spring, WCA invites this global consortium to Philadelphia for the annual Wharton Customer Analytics Conference to recognize the profound impact business analytics and data science has across a wide variety of industries.

Returning April 21-22, 2020, the 10th Annual Wharton Customer Analytics Conference will focus on How Analytics-Minded Leaders Create Real Business Growth for this year’s event by tapping into a diverse group of experts from fintech, healthcare, media, technology, retail, finance, and non-profit industries.  

Over the course of two days, guests may attend optional technical workshops, a keynote address, networking receptions, and sessions that highlight how practical applications of analytics influence an organization’s strategic decision-making
